Making a Claim

To potentially recover money in this case you MUST meet the definition of a class member listed directly below:

  1. You were employed by U.S. Bank in Oregon; and
  2. You quit your employment with U.S. Bank in Oregon between January 2, 2000, and January 2, 2003 (the “Class Period”); and
  3. You gave U.S. Bank more than 48 hours’ notice, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays of your intention to quit.

If you think you might be a member of this class, and you want to make a claim, you MUST do the following:
